Description

Maleny National Park Kenilworth is a 1,880-hectare conservation area in Curramore, Queensland, Australia.

It was previously known as the Walli Forest Reserve and the Maleny Forest Reserve before being gazetted in 2006. The park is home to over 500 species of flora and fauna, including seven native animal species with critical conservation significance and six bird species protected under international migratory agreements.

Visitors to Maleny National Park can enjoy the serene atmosphere and witness the unique landscape, flora, and fauna of the area. The park offers several hiking and bushwalk tracks, such as the Piccabeen Circuit, Witta Circuit, and Trachyte Circuit. Camping is also available, although there are no recreational facilities or interpretive centers within the park. To reach Maleny National Park Kenilworth, visitors can drive from Brisbane via the Bruce Highway and take the Landsborough exit. From there, they can follow the signs to Maleny and then to Curramore, where the park is located.
