Description

Interesting wines made from grapes grown on the property. Low yields and hand tended grapes makes for quality. Small, family run vineyard hand tended and planted in 1998.

Mandalay Road concentrates on small batch winemaking of the traditional Shiraz, Cabernet and Chardonnay varieties. Less traditional is our Zinfandel which won a Trophy at the Boutique Wine Awards of Australia and New Zealand in 2019.Added to this is a Durif, (Petit Syrah), as well as a Riesling and Moscato.

A small cellar door is open from 11 to 4.30. when we are at the property which is most of the time. To avoid disappointment please phone ahead on 0408 182 490 as there are times of absence. Grazing platters and pizzas can be purchased if you would like to have lunch at our scenic vineyard but a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

Please come and visit and taste our awarded wines and see what can be done with a property after the blue gums have been cut down.
