Manngarre Rainforest Walk Jabiru is a scenic walk located in the East Alligator region of Kakadu National Park.

The walk takes you through the monsoon rainforest and along the East Alligator River. It consists of three interconnected loops ranging from 600 meters to 1.5 kilometers in length. This easy walk is perfect for nature enthusiasts and takes about one hour to complete the longest loop.

During the walk, you'll reach an elevated viewing platform that offers stunning views of the East Alligator River. The area has a strong indigenous heritage, and you can learn about the Aboriginal people who camped here due to the diverse food sources available. Guided tours are also available, providing a detailed understanding of the surroundings, native flora and fauna, and the rich indigenous culture. It's recommended to inquire about accessibility at the Bowali Visitor Centre near Jabiru before visiting. To reach the walk, you'll need to drive about 3 hours from Darwin to the East Alligator region within Kakadu National Park. An entry fee of AUD25.00 per person over the age of 16 is required to enter the park.
