All rooms have ensuites, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, mini bar fridge, phone, reverse cycle airconditioning, free in house movies.``The beautiful Restaurant building was erected in 1885 by timber industry pioneers in Karridale. In 1950 it was dismantled and reconstructed in part in Margaret River where it was used as a Convent School. In 1978 it became ``The Margaret River 1885 Motel & Restaurant and has continued to this day with extensions, renovations and improvements along the way including a change of name to The Grange on Farrelly.
