Maryborough is a charming city located on the Mary River in Queensland, Australia.
It has a population of 15,287 people and is approximately 255 kilometres north of Brisbane. Maryborough is closely tied to its neighbor city Hervey Bay, forming part of the area known as the Fraser Coast.
The city is situated on the Mary River and is home to the neighborhood of Baddow in the west. Nearby Fraser Island is easily accessible by ferry.
