Established in 1977, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, pinot noir, shiraz and rosé. Each year, approximately 1800 cases are produced under labels that include Mermerus. Merricks Estate welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and picnic facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
