Merry Garth Garden

Merry Garth Garden is a beautiful 2.5 hectare garden located in Mt Wilson.

It is open to visitors every Wednesday throughout the year, as well as on specific autumn dates. The garden was started by Keith and Libby Raines in 1978 and is now run by their son Peter, daughter Beth, and horticulturist Micah Fink. Visitors can explore the garden's collection of Himalayan magnolias, maples, camellias, and other rare trees, as well as enjoy the under-planted rhododendron hybrids and species. The garden also features sunny garden beds, woodland gardens, and a variety of bulbs that bloom throughout the seasons. Merry Garth Garden is accessible by car and is approximately a two-hour drive from Sydney. Visitors should note that parking is limited and should be done in designated areas newline.
