Established in 1994, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include sauvignon blanc and shiraz. Each year, approximately 900 cases are produced under labels that include Merricks Estate and Merricks Thompson Lane. Metcalfe Valley welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
