Located at the confluence of Findon Creek and Richmond River, Moore Park Nature Reserve is a small remnant of "dry" rainforest.

Once part of the larger Boyd's Scrub rainforest, it is now a peaceful haven for visitors to enjoy a picnic amidst the lush greenery.

Moore Park Nature Reserve is dominated by a magnificent Moreton Bay Fig, towering over the surrounding vegetation. Other notable canopy species include the Black Bean, Plum Pine, and Native Elm. The reserve is also home to a colony of Flying Foxes, which add to the natural wonder.
