Located in the Australian state of Victoria, the Mount Alexander Regional Park Harcourt is an iconic landmark that rises to a height of 350 metres above the surrounding area.
This region is a prominent natural forest setting that offers magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding area, making it a favoured destination for visitors. The park also provides important habitat for several rare or threatened species.
At Mount Alexander Regional Park Harcourt, visitors flock to see the two major lookouts at Dog Rocks and Shepherd's Flat, which offer panoramic views of the surrounding area. The West Ridge walking track links all the major lookouts and points of interest in the park, with a length of four kilometres. Visitors can therefore take in all the iconic landmarks and sightseeing opportunities along the track.
Picnics and bushwalking are popular recreational activities that visitors can indulge in at the Mount Alexander Regional Park Harcourt. Picnic areas are provided with tables and chairs, electric barbecue facilities, and toilets for visitors’ comfort.
