This family-owned and operated vineyard comprises 4.5 acres of closely planted vines, which is placed amongst the oldest of Martinborough's wine producers.

They are one of the only wines in the region to still use cork, which they believe is the best way to develop cellared wine. Getting there
Muirlea Rise is located in the heart of Martinborough wine village. If travelling by car from Wellington takes approx. 1 hour 30 mins (75.4 km). Visitors could also arrive by train for a unique experience, which stops at Featherston station where you could take the bus to Martinborough. Buses operate regularly seven times daily on weekdays and three times on Saturdays/Sundays.
