Nightingale Wines is a winery located in the picturesque Hunter Valley wine region, in New South Wales. Established in 1997, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, semillon, shiraz, verdelho, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately 18 000 cases are produced. Nightingale Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have accommodation available to stay at on site, a restaurant to spend time in and picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
