Northpark Motel is a 28-room accommodation located on the corner of Hilton Highway and Washdyke Flat Road in Timaru, New Zealand.

The motel opened in April 2012 with a new wing opening in December 2018. All units are located upstairs with lifts located in each wing. The south wing is above Ascot Sportshouse & Eatery, while reception is located in the north wing next to Night n Day. The motel offers a choice of 13 ensuited studio units, with interconnecting rooms for families, as well as a bunk room for larger groups. All heated guest rooms offer electric blankets and a desk. They have a toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has free toiletries and a hairdryer. The rooms are well furnished, extremely clean, and the beds are comfortable.
