The Bay of Islands Beach House is a collection of luxury beachfront houses located on Sullivans Beach in Paihia, New Zealand.
Each apartment has its own patio and terrace with barbecue facilities and beautiful gardens. All apartments are individually decorated and come with fully equipped kitchens or a kitchenette, flat-screen TV and a CD/DVD player.
Paihia Beach House has 2 kayaks and a small boat for guests to use. Guests can walk down the private pathway onto Sullivans Beach to catch some fish or have a safe swim. All local activities can be booked including day tours, parasailing, jet skiing, canoeing, fishing, and sailing. Waitangi Treaty Grounds and Waitangi Golf Club are only a 5-minute drive from Bay of Islands Beach House Apartments.
The property does not accommodate hen parties.
