The track takes hikers through the adjacent rainforest, showcasing the natural beauty of the area. Palms Picnic Area Frazer Park is located within the Munmorah State Conservation Area. To get there from Sydney, take the M1 towards Newcastle, then take the Doyalson exit and follow the signs to the Frazer Park area. From here, follow the signs to the picnic area. The journey from Sydney should take approximately one and a half hours newline.
