Established in 1993, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, moscato, pinot noir, riesling, sauvignon blanc, shiraz and sparkling. Each year, approximately 2400 cases are produced under labels that include Philip Shaw Wines. Phillip Island Vineyard welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
