Pooles Rock is a winery located in the acclaimed Hunter Valley wine region, in New South Wales. Established in 1988, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include chardonnay, sangiovese, semillon and shiraz. Each year, approximately NFP cases are produced.

Pooles Rock welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
