At the start of the track, you will come across the largest recorded watergum tree in the state. The Potoroo Falls Walk is easily accessible by car. To get there, take the Kempsey exit on the Pacific Highway and follow the signs to the turnoff to Dingo Tops or Pipers Lookout. Follow the dirt road for approximately 14 kilometres until you reach the Dingo Tops campground. From here, the walk to Potoroo Falls begins
