Quarantine Beach

Quarantine Beach is a 200-meter long strip of silver sand located on Sydney Harbour, near Manly.

It is part of the Sydney Harbour National Park and is named after the Quarantine Station, which was established in 1832 to quarantine early immigrants afflicted by disease. The beach faces northwest into Little Manly and offers a private and sheltered location hemmed in by rocks. The area is surrounded by gorgeous Australian bushlands that overlook Sydney Harbour.

Visitors can book a ghost tour, history tour, or a school excursion at Q Station. While facilities are limited, visitors can access the amenities at the nearby Q Station, making it a great place to spend a day or a weekend.
