The Garden Room, Morepork Forest Cabin, and Cozy Cottage are the three cabins available for guests. The cabins are equipped with comfortable beds and basic amenities. The kitchenette/basic cooking area and bathroom facilities are shared by all guests and are located by the owner's home and Studio with Garden View cabin. Free WiFi is available by the owner's home. The property also offers barbecue facilities and a garden.

Quirky Woods is located a 10-minute walk from Newdicks Beach, which can also be accessed by car via a private road (fee applies). The property is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, including surfing, cycling, and canoeing. The property is also famous for being one of the locations for filming "The Z Nail Gang," an anti-gold-mining drama with quintessential Kiwi humor.
