Established in 1851, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include barbera, cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, grenache, malbec, merlot, riesling, shiraz, touriga, verdelho, viognier, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately 25 000 cases are produced. Sevenhill Cellars welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
