Established in 1996, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, fiano, grenache, riesling and shiraz. Each year, approximately 950 cases are produced. Shirvington welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
