The venue offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic date. The wine list at Sidebar highlights small local and international producers, offering a wide selection of red, white, rose, and sparkling wines. In addition to wine, Sidebar also serves cocktails, spirits, and beer. The seasonal cocktail list features classic cocktails like the Negroni and unique creations. The food menu is designed to complement the wine list and showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients inspired by modern Australian cuisine. Popular dishes include the charcuterie board, crispy pork belly, and grilled octopus. Sidebar also offers a private function room, the Amaro Room, which can accommodate up to 30 guests. The venue is conveniently located opposite Sandringham Station, making it easily accessible for guests.
