Singleton Sundial

It was built to commemorate the bicentennial celebrations of Australia in 1988 and is located in the 1988 Bicentennial Riverside Park Project. The sundial serves as a gateway to the Hunter River and is surrounded by picnic areas and recreational facilities in Rose Point Park. The project was made possible through donations from mining industries, community groups, and Lemington Coal Mine, with support from the NSW Bicentennial Grant.

One of the main attractions in Singleton is the Singleton Sundial. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Hunter River Walk, which offers a scenic view of the river and has a bike and walking track.
