South of Perth Yacht Club Inc

The South of Perth Yacht Club is situated right on the Swan and Canning river, and has fabulous views to the Perth City Skyline. We can cater from 10 to 1000 people.

The Event: As well as being a spectacular venue for weddings, the yacht club is ideal for fashion parades, cocktail parties, 21st birthdays, presentations, trade shows and conferences.

The Location: Tucked away at Coffee Point overlooking the Swan and Canning rivers, the club boasts spectacular water and city skyline views. 

The Facilities: The club has five distinct function rooms, as well as a dance floor, data projector, screen, internet facilities, and flip charts by request. All food and beverages are provided by the club. Venue hire includes all set up and boat access can also be arranged.

The Numbers: The club has built a solid reputation for running corporate and private functions for 10 to 800 people. It’s one of few waterside venues that comfortably takes such a large number of people.

The Food: The chefs at South of Perth Yacht Club make creative use of fresh local produce to deliver specially styled Australian European cuisine for your function.

The Beverages: There’s no shortage of drinks at the club bar, with a number of wines, spirits and softies on offer. Your requirements will be tailored to suit the event.

The Club: As well as offering a wide range of services for members, the South of Perth Yacht Club has a fully licensed restaurant and bar. It has been running for more than 60 years and is recognised as one of Perth’s finest yacht clubs and function venues.

• Wardroom has private balcony, and will seat up to 110 for a seated dinner and dance floor, or up to 200 for a cocktail party.
• Our Ballroom will seat up to 300, and take up to 500 for a cocktail party, with an enormous dance floor suitable for a floor show, or exhibition.
• Adjoining outdoor area, suitable for BBQ, or cocktail style events, lawns and right on the river over looking the boats and the city.
