Strathfield Park is the oldest public park in Strathfield, located in Strathfield South, NSW.
The park is spread over 27 acres and offers a range of facilities and amenities for visitors. It features a synthetic turf soccer field, basketball courts, five cricket practice wickets, and a multi-use sports ground. The park also has public toilet facilities, a clubhouse with a kitchen, and outdoor fitness equipment.
One of the main attractions of Strathfield Park is its playgrounds. The park boasts a unique playground spanning three separate play spaces spread over 1.5 acres. The playgrounds have a variety of equipment, including a mini rope-climbing tunnel, swings for all ages, and a slide with a gentle ramp. They also have zip lines and the biggest slides in the inner west.
In addition to the sports facilities and playgrounds, Strathfield Park has BBQ facilities for visitors to use. It is a great place for families to have a picnic and enjoy the outdoors. The park has plenty of open space for visitors to relax and enjoy the scenery.
