The area is a natural environment that requires care and protection, so please use the bins provided and leave the area clean. It is essential to not throw any rubbish into the river. Furthermore, the area is subject to flooding in wet seasons - therefore, it is recommended to park on the gravel area. You can access the site via a gravel strip adjacent to the Barcoo River. It is located approximately 45km east of Tambo, and access to the site is via the Barcoo River Road.
