The holiday home features two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, a living room, and an equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven. The property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. The cottage also has a terrace with sea views, a garden with a barbecue, and free WiFi. Pets are allowed on request.

The bach can accommodate up to six people with a bed configuration of one double bed and one single over double bunk. The property is adjacent to Charlie Farley's and within walking distance of Three Seven Two, where guests can dine. The nearest airport is Auckland Airport, which is 30.4 miles away. The property accepts credit cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. Smoking and parties/events are not allowed, and guests must be quiet between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
