The Barn

The Barn is a two-bedroom holiday home in Christchurch, New Zealand.

It is located opposite Hallswell Quarry Park, offering a peaceful retreat close to the city. The property has a charming country style and features French doors that open to a beautiful garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. It can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, with a queen bed in the ground floor master bedroom and two single beds in the mezzanine bedroom. The mezzanine bedroom also has a cozy nook for children. The Barn has one bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary utensils. Linen is provided. Guests can enjoy a fresh plunger coffee on the patio while admiring the morning sun on the grass. The Barn is located at the base of the Port Hills and is a short drive or bike ride away from excellent mountain bike parks. For more adventure, the Christchurch Adventure Park is just a 13-minute drive away. The holiday home is 9.3 miles from Christchurch International Airport, 5.7 miles from Christchurch Railway Station, and 7 miles from Christchurch Art. Hagley Park is 7.5 miles away, and Orana Wildlife Park is 13 miles away. The Barn is a non-smoking property.
