Awarded One Hat by Australian Good Food Guide 2022 Restaurant Awards, it is here that they celebrate their passion for hospitality and where guests revel in each other’s company. Deliciously fresh, seasonal produce makes its way from paddock to plate in a classic European style before it is paired with their very own award winning Lindenderry Wines from the vineyard, or a classic vintage from the extensive wine list that celebrates the best in Australian and international vintners. The Red Hill restaurant, by awarded design studio Hecker Guthrie, features floor to ceiling windows that invite the outside in, reeded glass and curved-back chairs.
