Thomas Dambo's Giants of Mandurah

The Giants of Mandurah is an incredible interactive art installation by artist Thomas Dambo, featuring large sculptures crafted from recycled wood.

Located in Mandurah, these giant figures are hidden across the region's natural landscapes, including wetlands and bushland. The experience combines art with a quest, inviting visitors to find and explore these sculptures while learning about local folklore and environmental conservation. It celebrates the collaboration between Dambo's imaginative art and the cultural heritage of the Bindjareb Noongar people, emphasizing the importance of protecting nature.

Projects like this don't happen without the support of organisations who believe in bringing art to the people. To create the Mandurah Giants Thomas Dambo collaborated with FORM Gallery and the City of Mandurah, and is proudly supported by others including the City of Subiaco, Lotterywest, the Government of Western Australia and the Alcoa Foundation.
