To get to the Paps Lookout Mansfield, drive 9 kilometres towards Melbourne from Mansfield. Look for a road sign that reads 'The Paps, 700 metres'. Continue down a gravel road on the left-hand side, passing through a farm gate and closing it behind you. After driving for a few hundred metres, you'll come across a second gate that leads up to the lookout. Remember to close this gate as well. The total distance to The Northern Pap is 3.5 kilometres. Visitors can choose to walk up to the lookout or take a four-wheel drive vehicle for easier access to the summit.
