The St James Premium Accommodation is a 5-star gold level property located in Hanmer Springs, New Zealand.

Situated in a prime sunny position overlooking Chisholm Park and the duck pond, it offers panoramic views of the mountains and alpine scenery. The St James is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa, restaurants, and shops.

The St James provides a variety of architecturally designed and elegantly furnished suites, including studios, executive spa studios, one-bedroom suites, and corporate retreats. Most accommodations offer views of Chisholm Park and the mountains. All accommodations are equipped with double-glazed windows, balconies or patios, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, heat-pumps, air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Executive units and 1-bedroom suites feature a spa bath, while the Mt Isobel and St James suites include a gas fireplace.

Additional facilities at The St James include a guest laundry, a free DVD library, and complimentary use of towels for the thermal pools. Guests staying for more than one night are invited to participate in the 'Save a Service Plant a Tree' initiative. For each daily Room Service that a guest chooses not to have during their stay, The St James will purchase and plant a new tree in Hanmer Springs through the Hanmer Springs Conservation Trust.
