The Town Roaster is a small batch coffee roaster located in Kyneton, Victoria, in the heart of the Macedon Ranges.

Everything is roasted in-house in the Market Street HQ. Their customers commonly sit and enjoy a coffee while watching the roasting in action, then purchase a bag of coffee beans to take home and enjoy.

Their coffee beans are sourced with traceability from coffee producers who farm with integrity. Then they roast the beans with the care they deserve. The Town Roaster coffee shop always has a large range of freshly roasted coffee beans available to buy in-store, from the house espresso blend Easy Street, the changing Seasonal blend to deliciously different Single Origins.
