One cold winter’s afternoon in 1999, Tim Terry harvested Australia’s first black truffle from the rich soil of his Deloraine farm.

Since then, Tasmanian Truffles and The Truffle Farm have become the country’s premium producers of exquisite black truffles and products. Siblings Henry and Anna are second-generation truffle farmers that continue to share the family passion with the world. Anna leads The Truffle Farm team for those who wish to experience the original truffle farm first-hand with tours and truffle hunting experiences.
