Tiddalik Wetlands And Bird Sanctuary is a lush, man-made wetland located in Darlington Point.
Initially used for stormwater retention, the area was transformed into a sanctuary in 2001 with the planting of over 10,000 seedlings. It is surrounded by residential areas on the east and native bushland on the west.
The sanctuary is home to a diverse range of animal and plant species. Bird enthusiasts will be delighted to find a variety of bird species residing in the wetlands, making it an ideal spot for bird-watching. The wetlands also support various frog species and invertebrates, adding to the thrill of exploring the area.
