Ugbrooke Country Estate is a historic English manor house located in Marlborough, New Zealand.
It was created in 1885 by Lord William Clifford of Ugbrooke and completed in 1903 by Henry Dunstan Vavasour. The current owners, Peter and Alex, have renovated the house since 2007 and offer boutique accommodation with beautiful views. Guests can enjoy bed and breakfast style accommodations and home-cooked meals if desired. The rooms have private bathrooms and amenities such as free toiletries and hairdryers. The estate also has a seasonal outdoor pool, shared lounge, barbecue, terrace, and offers free use of bicycles and darts. It is situated in Lower Dashwood in the Marlborough Region, offering free private parking. The estate is known for being one of New Zealand's most historic and largest homes, providing boutique accommodation in the heart of the vineyards in the Awatere Valley.
