Situated in a quiet street with other quality homes, Ulmarra River Retreat is well elevated from the Clarence River, which runs past the back of the property. There is a high natural levy with steps and a grass ramp to allow easy access to the river for kayaks or a small boat. A small jetty located nearby allows public access for larger boats.
