Vinifera Wines is a winery located in the picturesque Mudgee wine region, in New South Wales. Established in 1994, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, graciano, grenache, semillon, shiraz, tempranillo, fortified, dessert and sparkling. Each year, approximately 1200 cases are produced. Vinifera Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
