The Watervale Hotel is a farm fresh to plate restaurant in a casual country pub. Awarded 'Best Hotel Restaurant' in the world, as well as in any Pub or Club in Australia. We promote Clare Valley wine.
The beautifully renovated venue has a diversity of bar, lounge, and private dining environments and a beer garden surrounded by food theatre.
All-day dining from 11am to 9 pm.
The hotel is known for its ethical and locally sourced food, with fresh veggies from their garden and ethically produced meats from nearby. The menu features produce from their own organic and bio-dynamic Penobscot Farm and changes with the seasons. The Watervale Hotel offers a six-course degustation dinner every day at 12 noon and 6 pm.
Farm tours and wine masterclasses are available.
Accommodation is available in the 6 bedroom Guesthouse, or single bedroom Penobscot Farm Cottage.
