Established in 1969, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, semillon, shiraz, sparkling shiraz and sparkling. Each year, approximately 5000 cases are produced. Waverley Estate welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
