Description
Wilbriggie Regional Park is a beautiful natural area with unspoilt beaches and areas along the Murrumbidgee River.
It is a perfect escape from city life for those who want to connect with nature. Access to the park is through Darlington Point via Beach Road, which takes about 40 minutes and offers a scenic drive. The park features a variety of stunning beaches, such as Reserve Beach, Lady Jane Beach, Boomerang Beach, Waradgy Beach, Diggers Beach, and The Point Beach. Each beach has its own unique charm, catering to different preferences, whether it's a quiet spot for relaxation or an active area for swimming and surfing. Camping and 4WDing are popular activities in this section of the park, but caravans are not allowed. It is important to follow all signs for safety. The best time to visit is during the warmer months from December to February, although the area's natural beauty can be enjoyed year-round.
