Wise Wine

Wise Wine is an Australian winery located in Eagle Bay, near Dunsborough, in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia.

The winery was established in 1992, when Ron and Sandra Wise acquired the then Geographe Bay Estate, and combined it with the nearby Eagle Bay Estate, which they had owned since 1986. Wise Wine offers sublime wine, gin, food, and spectacular views. The restaurant features the most unique views in the Margaret River region, delicious regional fare, and relaxed, professional service. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dishes, including seafood, meat, and vegetarian options, and the menu changes seasonally to reflect the freshest local produce. The restaurant also offers a range of Wise Wine's award-winning wines, as well as gin and other beverages. The venue itself is situated on a hilltop, offering panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and ocean. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, with large windows that allow diners to take in the stunning views while enjoying their meal. The outdoor area features a large deck with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine on a sunny day. In addition to the restaurant, Wise Wine also offers wine tastings, where visitors can sample a range of the winery's wines and learn about the winemaking process. The winery also produces gin, which is available for purchase at the cellar door.
