The caves are open to visitors year-round, except on Christmas Day. Guided tours are available, and it's essential to book ahead of time by contacting the park office. Wombeyan Caves is located in the Southern Highlands region of New South Wales, about two and a half hours from Sydney. If you're coming from the south, it's approximately an hour's drive from Goulburn or Bowral. The park can be accessed by car via Wombeyan Caves Road, as there is no public transport available. Once you arrive, there are car parking facilities within the park.
