Description
The Wurundjeri Walk Trail is a shared path in Blackburn South and Forest Hill, Melbourne, Australia.
It is suitable for both cyclists and pedestrians and is divided into several small sections. The eastern end of the trail starts at Mahoneys Road, leading to Forest Hill Chase.
To follow the trail, start at Boardman Close, near the Box Hill Golf Club. From there, proceed down the path until you reach Roberts Avenue. Turn left onto Roberts Avenue and continue until you reach Wellard Road. Turn right onto Wellard Road and then right again onto Nash Road. Take a left onto Joyhill Avenue, followed by another left onto Penrose Street. Continue onto Mirabella Crescent and then turn left onto Middleborough Road. Travel north on Middleborough Road until you reach a pedestrian crossing. Cross over to Wilks Place and continue following the trail until the end of the street.
At the tee intersection, turn right and continue on the path until you reach Fulton Road. Turn left onto Fulton Road and cross into the path that connects to Finch Street. Proceed east, passing Finch Street, Forest Glen Avenue, and Golden Glen Road, until you reach the parks. The trail ends at Mahoneys Road. Cross the road and turn left into Parkland Place, which intersects with the Syndal Heatherdale Pipe Reserve Trail.
The Wurundjeri Walk Trail connects with the Gardiners Creek Trail to the west. To the east, at Mahoneys Road, you can access the Syndal Heatherdale Pipe Reserve Trail via Parkland Place.
