Located in the Manningham City, Victoria, the Manningham Gallery is the city's major contemporary art venue, focusing on a diverse range of visual arts, including sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, drawing, photography, furniture, installation, and multi-media artworks. The gallery is committed to bringing the arts to the local community, providing a quality space for local and international artists to exhibit their works. Established in 1985, the Manningham Gallery has since grown and relocated to a purpose-built space within the Manningham City Council's Function Centre. The gallery's entrance is prominent upon entering the building, and it offers wheelchair access for visitors.
Apart from the main gallery, the Manningham Art Collection, established in 1994, has been actively developed by commissioning several major outdoor sculptures and acquiring significant ceramic works. The collection represents the cultural and artistic heritage of the region, celebrating the region's long association with ceramics. The gallery is open from Tuesday to Friday, 11am-5pm, and on Saturdays from 2-5pm. Admission to the gallery is free, and there is ample car parking for visitors.
