Founder's Lake is home to platypus, and around 80 bird species have been recorded in the area. The Tree Park Kiosk is open during the warmer months (early September to the beginning of June) from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, serving tea, coffee, and light refreshments. Guided tours are available by prior arrangement.
