The Loxton Waikerie Region in South Australia offers a variety of road bike trails for cycling enthusiasts. Some of the notable trails in the area include: Waikerie Clifftop and Silo Walk, an easy trail perfect for a leisurely ride with picturesque views. The Hart Lagoon Loop, a moderate trail with a 246 ft elevation gain, provides a more challenging experience for riders seeking a workout. The Murray River Paddle from Waikerie to Maize Island Lagoon Conservation Park is estimated to be 7.6 mi long with the most elevation gain of all the local trails at 272 ft.

The Riverland Trail, a 200 km walking and cycling trail, is a collaborative project of three local councils: Renmark Paringa Council, Berri Barmera Council, and District Council of Loxton Waikerie. This trail follows the Murray River from Waikerie to Renmark, connecting with 50 km of existing tracks and trails across the region. Loxton Mountain Bike Track, located above the town's caravan park, offers a challenging ride with steep drops and twists, along with a viewing area and warm-up track at the start.

Loxton Nature & Walking Trails wind through the Loxton Historical Village and natural riverine environment, providing riders with a chance to explore the region's history and geology.
