The Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) is a leading art museum in Australia, situated in Greater Shepparton, Victoria. SAM's mission is to showcase exceptional art to its audiences through collection development, research, curation of exhibitions and programs, and by actively participating in the local arts and cultural sector. The museum has a strong focus on Australian ceramic artworks and houses a unique collection of historical Australian art, while also providing a Visitor Centre, event space, café, and support for Indigenous art through the Kaiela Art Gallery and Studio.

SAM features various notable exhibitions and events, including The ARNDT Collection: From One World to Another (on display until 10 March 2024), Ellen Lee: Landscape; of sight, of sound (on display until 28 January 2024), and Beci Orpin: MUSH/ROOM (on display until March 2024). The new museum building at SAM serves as a welcoming cultural landmark located in the picturesque setting of Victoria Park Lake. Notably, it is the first museum/art gallery in Australia to achieve a 6 Star Green Star – Design & As Built rating. The museum and lake precinct are envisioned to instill community pride among residents and bring about economic benefits, aligning with the goals of the Greater Shepparton 2030 Strategy.
